Dear Elle (& Sam),

Thank you so much for all your hard work for my 40th birthday, we all had a fabulous night and enjoyed your food immensely! I absolutely loved all of the dishes, all though the duck & the curry were definitely stand-outs for me. :o) Thank you so much for adding the duck to the menu! Thank you also for catering for my guests with special dietary requirements – they were all so grateful that you were able to do this for them and loved the food you prepared.

The rest of the night was great too, quite a few of my guests were musos so my piano and guitar got a work out! :o)  Everyone I have spoken to since Friday has mentioned how fabulous the food and the service was! I can’t thank you enough for helping to make the night go so smoothly, you and Sam were both so lovely and professional and it was a pleasure to have you involved.

Now we just need to find an excuse to use MoreISH again!

A huge thank you to you and all the girls for the fabulous food yesterday. Absolutely everybody loved your delicious morsels. I missed out on a few, but what I had was sensational.

Also thanks for helping with the clean up. The weather made life a little bit difficult but we battled through it and everybody had a lovely day. I can’t wait until I have another excuse to take advantage of your culinary delights.

I just wanted to thank you again for your contribution to our wonderful wedding day.  The whole catering experience was amazing.  I have received all positive feedback from everyone I have spoken to so far who have said all of the food was delicious….one friend even went as far as saying it was the best catered food he had ever had!!!  Your staff were very polite and  friendly and managed to manoeuvre through the crowd with expertise.    Then to wake up the next day to a spotless kitchen and lounge room…..well that was just awesome!

Dear Elle,

Thank you so much for the beautiful Gourmet Barbeque that was served up at our Wedding on the 5th March.

Melissa & the girls did an amazing job the whole night; the food tasted & looked fantastic and all of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. I’m not sure if we got a chance to mention it on the night but please let Melissa know that the special steak she served for Damien was perfectly cooked & one of the best steaks he has had! I can’t thank you enough for the help & guidance you gave me prior to the wedding.

I would highly recommend you to anyone having a function, it can be hard to find good caterers but I think I hit the jackpot!

I’m sorry it’s taken me a few months to write but better late than never!

Hi Elle,  everything went well in the end – we turned the DJ off at 10pm (much to the disappointment of the kids and their mates!) but figured everyone had had enough by then…

Sunday was lunch and clean up, and can you believe how still and lovely the weather has been since Saturday! We were all getting stuck into the sticky date puddings on Sunday – they are even delicious cold! The boys found the sausage rolls in the fridge on Sat night and started eating them cold they said they were so good…

The guests were raving about the food on the night and as you could imagine, we had some fairly discerning foodies in the crowd.  Since then, I have also had many comments about how wonderful it was.  One of the female guests on the night eventually fessed up to eating 5 lemon tarts they were so scrumptious – I didn’t even see them and now I know why!  Another said he normally doesn’t chew oysters but they were so good he actually chewed them to savour the taste! People are so funny.  On Sunday they were arguing about which was better – the lamb shank canapes or the pork belly or the little souvlakis.  The calamari was a hit (as you said it would be).

We cannot thank you enough for the effort you and the team put in – even looking after our guys at the front gate.  It was much appreciated and your team did a fabulous job – including the clean up and the bar staff. Please pass on our thanks.  

The food was amazing so congratulations to you – you have been so professional and easy to deal with and we felt very confident that all would go smoothly – in fact, the food was one thing I was not the least bit concerned about in the lead up!  So, thanks for helping to make our day so wonderful.   The guests are still talking about what a great day it was – in fact some said they wanted us to do it all again next weekend!

Looking forward to working with you again some time (the kids have now seen how amazing it was with the marquee, food, music etc they are bound to want a party some time!)
